The relationship with myself determines the relationship with others.

Hm, I'm repeating this because it applies to you as well. The relationship with ourselves determines our relationship with others.

It took me a long time to fully grasp this concept in its entirety. What it means in depth. Today, it's clear. Everything I am, how I am with myself and my environment, is what I attract. This applies to the people in my life as well.

So, who and what am I then? I mean the inner image, the inner world, the perspective, values, feelings, approach, the way the relationship to oneself is. All of this creates your energetic profile, whether we want it to or not, we emit these frequency(ies). And others with an energetic profile that matches feel drawn to it. You can't consciously control that.

Well, maybe you can...

After all, the outside world is always just a mirror.

However they behave - that is THEIRS, and it also tells me something about myself, that is then MINE.

Here we have arrived at the relationship dynamic and shared responsibility. The dynamics between two people tell me exactly how things are with the people themselves. And you can work on that, both internally and externally. But please note: No, the other person cannot simply be changed, they must want to and initiate it themselves.

In our joint work, we focus on what one can do for oneself and then perhaps achieve a change in the dynamic.
