About me
My path has led me from the financial sector – alongside many years of volunteer work, including as a paramedic – into the field of psychology, complemented by spirituality.
Today, I combine all of these experiences to support people through phases of change – in moments when old structures no longer hold, decisions feel difficult, or new paths begin to open.
Through systemic coaching, constellation work, and practical guidance, I help clients build trust in their own direction and actively shape their personal and professional development.
