One-on-One Coaching
In my individual coaching sessions, I personally accompany you on your path to more clarity, self-confidence, and inner balance. Whether professional or personal change, uncertainty, conflicts, or emotional blockages – together we find solutions, new perspectives, and ways forward that match your personal situation.

Constellation Work
Constellations make unconscious, hidden dynamics visible and create movement, order, and relief. This often opens the door to surprisingly new solutions.
Individual Session:
Systemic work helps you recognize your inner parts, goals, obstacles, and blockages. Together, we create structure, develop solutions, and bring clarity to complex situations – whether private or professional.
Duration / Price: 90 minutes | €125
Group Sessions:
Family, system, or structural constellations make hidden dynamics visible and allow new perspectives. Body- and symptom-based constellations additionally help integrate emotional and physical processes and gain clarity.
Price: €125 per constellation including preliminary phone consultation | €20 for representatives
The price includes a phone consultation and any necessary follow-up support.

I support companies and teams in change and development processes. My focus areas are leadership coaching, conflict management, HR, team development, and team-building events.
Through systemic consulting, facilitation, and targeted mentoring, we develop practical solutions for motivated, high-performing, and harmonious teams.
