The attempt to solve such situations through the mind alone fails again and again. Because often the actual dynamics lie deeper – in inner tensions, unconscious patterns or relationships that influence our behavior.
In my settings, we work exactly there.
Together we look at what is at work beneath the surface, bring structure into complex situations and create space for new perspectives.
Not through theoretical advice – but through experiential process work that allows clarity and inner order to emerge.
One-on-One Coaching
In the individual setting, we work intensively on your personal topic.
For you, if you notice:
• thoughts constantly circle around a situation
• a decision is pending that cannot be clarified (especially not in the mind)
• inner pressure arises that can hardly be ignored anymore
Through targeted process work, it becomes visible which dynamics are at work and which next steps truly fit you.

Constellation WorkConstellations are an effective method to make hidden connections visible.
Topics that remain confusing in the mind can be represented in space. This makes dynamics recognizable that were previously difficult to grasp.
In this process, something can be experienced and not only thought through:
• new perspectives on your situation
• a noticeable inner relief
• surprisingly clear next steps
Individual Session:In the individual setting, we work with systemic methods to make inner parts, goals and obstacles visible and to reorganize them.
Duration / Price: 90 minutes | €125
Group Sessions:
In group constellations, several participants work together on individual topics.
Whether family, structural or decision constellations – through representation in space, hidden dynamics become visible and can reorganize themselves.
150 € per constellation incl. telephone preliminary conversation
20 € for representatives
The price includes a telephone preliminary conversation as well as – if required – short follow-up support.
