Install subconscious programs that work for you, not against you

“Whether you think you can or can’t, you’re right” – Henry Ford

When blockages and unconscious, unwanted programs are resolved, the alignment towards the future can begin. What is possible then? What should be implemented, how? Where should the journey go? Are your goals the same as before? (Spoiler: probably not, they've changed).

And what role does mental strength and appropriate mental programming play in this?

So much happens unconsciously, we don't even notice. And how do I change a program that runs automatically in my subconscious, if I'm not satisfied with the long-term outcome? But where do I start? How do I make unconscious processes conscious?

These are the questions I asked myself, and it changed a lot over time, not immediately.

And some current issues could only be resolved by perceiving the past.

If we assume that patterns in behaviour are learned... By 'learned', I mean that experiences were made, which triggered emotions and in turn resulted in a behavioural pattern, a learned pattern. This usually happens unconsciously. However, it can also be made conscious. And the learned pattern can also bring benefits in its application.

Now we're talking about mental training, because all patterns are stored in the brain (not just thought patterns), so they can also be newly created there.

* To put it in a picture: The heavily used highway (neural pathway, the pattern, the strategy) is no longer used because it was resolved. A new, small, narrow gravel path (new neural pathway, new positive pattern, new strategy) is installed, which is used again and again (training + experiences), becoming wider and wider, turning into a road, then a freeway, and finally a highway.

I am a fan of knowing and changing my patterns and strategies - consciously and unconsciously - when I consider it necessary. In doing so, I could support you, for example, so that you can also apply it.
