Family Constellation - What is that?

People sitting in a circle gaze excitedly at a few "performers" in the middle of the large circle, who, at first glance, stand around in an unrelated order, depicting a family system.
That would be a picture of a "constellation group" in action, if I had to describe it in words.
But behind it is something logical and coherent, even if it doesn't look like it. A participant sets up his family of origin (e.g., father, mother, sister, himself, 4 people). Not as it should be, but as it is.
That is, according to his inner image, as he feels it, how it looks between family members. This can result in very different and highly individual constellations. We only see it when it is "set up", this inner image.
And as they stand there, facing each other or looking away, with large or small distances between them, they form a picture of their connections to one another. Sometimes it looks like a badly tangled ball of wool, not at all tidy. Or you simply get the feeling that the good order is missing. This is where systemic work comes in, which means not just working with the individual, but also including the entire (family) system. Relationships and interactions play a role in finding a solution.
It’s called systemic entanglement when the forces in the system are not organized according to the principles of the system. Then misfortune, suffering, and disease arise.
In the process of resolving systemic entanglements, a good order is sought so that love can flow again.
One sets up the family according to the inner image, the other one are represantives as family members.
A unique 'picture' shows up what is and the representatives energetically step into their "assigned" role - they get into this foreign energy and simply feel what constitutes the represented person.
Don't you believe me that something like that is possible? Yes, yes, it is called foreign feelings and it is truly astonishing...
Just try it out - come in a constellation. With or without a topic and dive into the energy of feeling. Switch off your mind for a few hours and just be in the here and now.
Sounds like a clichéd advertising slogan? Yes I agree, and is exactly that.
