I accompany individuals, couples, and companies through phases of change – using systemic coaching, constellation work, and practical guidance that makes genuine development possible.
My name is Susanne Jakobi, and I am curious – about life, about other people, and about myself. My path led me through many years in the financial world, then into the field of psychology, combined with spirituality. Alongside this, I volunteered for many years, including 19 years as a paramedic and paramedic trainer with the Red Cross.
After more than 20 years of professional experience, education, further training, and personal development, it was time for me to bring together everything I had learned – and to follow my own path into self-employment.
Today, I support people in finding their way back to themselves, dissolving inner blockages, and activating their self-healing. We work together on all levels: body, mind, and soul – step by step, at your own pace.
My approach is holistic: it is not only about questioning symptoms, but about addressing the deeper conflicts and blockages beneath them. This often leads to a transformation that also affects what is visible on the surface. Energy-based work (e.g., timeline work, systemic methods) and mental training complement the process and enable lasting change – for a life that feels aligned and light.
In a corporate context, I also work systemically: I look at the individual challenges of teams and leaders, develop solutions in individual or group settings, and support their implementation.
My years of leadership experience in a corporate environment at middle management level, combined with my training in life and social counseling, flow into every consultation.
