My name is Susanne Jakobi and I am curious – about people, about development and about the processes that arise in difficult situations.
My professional path initially led me into the financial world. At the same time, I volunteered for many years with the Red Cross, for a total of 19 years as an emergency medical technician and instructor.
These experiences have shaped me:
When situations become emotional or complex, calmness, structure and leadership are needed, and of course precise perception.
These are exactly the qualities I bring into my work today.
After more than twenty years of professional experience, numerous trainings and further education as well as intensive personal development, the desire arose to combine my different competencies and to support people in phases of change.
In my work I combine:
• systemic coaching
• constellation work
• mental process work
• practical consulting
• and a lot of sensing on both sides
This creates a process in which inner tensions become visible, can organize themselves and new possibilities for action emerge.
I work both with individuals and with teams and leaders.
Especially in a business context, the systemic perspective helps to understand complex situations more clearly and to develop sustainable solutions.
