I don’t offer feel-good coaching, individual NLP techniques or the ‘Trust Fall’. I work on what lies beneath the surface – on the dynamics that hold things back, even if nobody talks about them openly.
Use cases:
It’s already clear that something isn’t running smoothly, though this may not necessarily be immediately apparent or explainable. Following a reorganisation. When projects fail to get off the ground or stall. When traditional team-building formats have already been tried – without any lasting effect.

25 years in sales, including 6 years in sales management – I know both sides.
Added to this is my training in systemic process work and constellations. This combination is rare.
Three ways in which I work with companies:
01 - A different kind of teambuilding
1 Day horse included +
1 Day with esystemic constellation
A day with a horse – on the one hand, to slow down, focus and sharpen one’s awareness; on the other, as a mirror for dynamics that would otherwise remain unspoken.
This is followed by a second day (without a horse) incorporating elements of group constellations. Genuine interaction rather than a mass-market format.
For larger groups (>10 attendees), I recommend splitting them into two groups, plus an additional day with a horse.

Wenn ein Projekt einfach nicht vorankommt, obwohl alle Beteiligten kompetent sind, steckt oft eine unsichtbare Dynamik dahinter – eine ungeklärte Rolle, ein alter Konflikt, eine Entscheidung, die nie wirklich getroffen wurde oder ganz einfach Rangverschiebungen in der Hierarchie. Unausgesprochene Konflikte bleiben an vielen Ebenen haften und verkomplizieren den Arbeitsalltag. In der Aufstellung wird das sichtbar und veränderbar.
