I support individuals, couples and organisations to recognise what they have been carrying around for a long time without realising it. For a long time, I myself ‘merely’ functioned – in all areas of my life. At first, of course, it was simply a matter of bringing about lasting change in my own life. Through my training and subsequent practical experience, I finally succeeded in doing so. Now I offer my expertise wherever it is needed. My many years of professional experience, including my time with the Red Cross ambulance service, help me in my work with clients and teams.

I work with leaders and teams who sense that something isn't running smoothly anymore: after restructuring, when communication has become stuck, or when classic team-building formats have already been tried without lasting effect. 25 years in leadership and sales give me an understanding of corporate culture and the decision-maker level that pure coaching training alone doesn't provide. I combine that with systemic process work, constellations, and horses as an authentic mirror for dynamics that otherwise go unspoken.
Alongside this, I also work with individuals and couples on personal change processes – through 1:1 coaching and constellations.
